These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the service provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) when using services offered on the website www.monrosecodes.com.

1. Nature of Services

The services are focused on personal development, conscious guidance, mentoring, energetic work, IET®, voice work, tarot, nervous system support, womb (female) work, and embodiment practices. These services are not medical or psychotherapeutic services and do not replace medical or professional healthcare.

2. Booking and Payment

By booking a session and completing payment, a binding order is created. Payment is made in advance unless otherwise explicitly agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Energetic preparation is an integral part of the service and begins no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: rescheduling is possible by agreement.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: the service cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• No-show: the service is forfeited without compensation.

4. Responsibility

The Client takes full responsibility for their own decisions and their physical, mental, and emotional state. The services provided are intended as support for personal development and conscious self-work. The Provider does not guarantee any specific results, as each process is individual.

5. Final Provisions

By submitting a booking, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms.

The Provider processes the Client’s personal data (name, email, phone number, and possibly billing information) solely for the purpose of providing services, client communication, and sharing relevant information related to its activities (e.g., via email tools such as MailerLite).

Personal data is not shared with third parties, except for technical service providers, and is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures.

The Client has the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable law.

By using the website, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
